Wales Dragonhearts warm up date and venue announced

The venue, date and time for Wales Dragonhearts' warm-up match has now been confirmed.

 

Wales Dragonhearts will take on London and South East Lionhearts on Saturday 29th September at New River Stadium, London, kick-off 4pm.

The Dragonhearts will then fly out for a two-match tour of Serbia.

From a travel point of view there is parking at the venue but if you are travelling by underground its only about a 15 minute walk from Wood Green station, details of which can be found on the Skolars website.

Wales Dragonhearts are the representative side of community rugby league in Wales. Founded in 1991 and playing their first international match against England in 1994, this side has been a launching pad for many future full Wales internationals such as Jason Lee, David Williams, Aled James, David James, Christiaan Roets, Lee Williams, Elliot Kear, Ashley Bateman, Steve Parry, Gil Dudson and Paul Emanuelli, whilst one former Dragonheart in Richard Hibbard went onto win full caps for Wales in rugby union.
