Ben Evans and Rhys Williams on board for Wales' 2018 internationals

Fresh from winning promotion to Super League in the Million Pound Game with London Broncos on Sunday night, Ben Evans and Rhys Williams will turn out for Wales in this autumn's internationals.

They will join club teammate and newly-appointed Wales captain Elliot Kear in the squad, which will be announced in full on October 18. 

London won the Million Pound Game in the most dramatic of fashions at the weekend, keeping Toronto Wolfpack tryless in Canada to secure a 4-2 victory. 

Both Evans and Williams have been regulars for a Broncos side that finished second in the Championship in the first stage of the season, before going on to secure fifth-place in the Qualifiers and a spot in the Million Poud Game.

Williams, who is Wales' all-time leading try-scorer with 18 and third on the list of apperances, featured in both the 2013 and 2017 World Cups. 

He has been a constant fixture under head coach John Kear and is now one of the most experienced heads in the dressing room.

After a four-year spell out of the Wales side, Evans returned to the frame for last year's World Cup and put in a sound display across the three group matches against Papua New Guinea, Fiji and Ireland. 

London's Michael Channing won't be involved this year. He has called time on his career because of a neck injury he sustained a couple of years back.
