WRL Seek New Directors

Wales Rugby League (WRL) is expanding the existing Board and is currently seeking five new directors.
The WRL is the National Governing Body for the sport of Rugby League in Wales and is a company limited by guarantee.
Whilst WRL will accept all outstanding candidates we wish to diversify our board and therefore encourage females, disabled and BME people to make an application. Specialists in HR, legal, commercial sector, business development, communications and IT are also encouraged. Our first target is to improve our gender inequality so we particularly encourage female applicants.
WRL have a good governance record, are financially stable and you will be joining a good team.
Role Title: Director
Time Commitment: Approximately 1-2 days per month and a commitment to 4 board meetings per year. Board members may be asked to represent the organisation at other WRL, national or international events.
Remuneration: The position is voluntary, although all reasonable travel and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed.
