Crusaders and Raiders to discover Challenge Cup third round opponents tonight

Wales' two professional clubs - North Wales Crusaders and West Wales Raiders - will find out who they will face in the third round of the Challenge Cup tonight.

The draw, which will be carried out by St Helens' Alex Walmsley and Salford Red Devils' Kris Brinning, will take place on the BBC Sport website from 7pm this evening.

All of League 1's fourteen clubs, including former Super League champions Bradford Bulls, will enter the competition at the third round stage. 

North Wales Crusaders will be ball number 19, while West Wales Raiders will be ball number 23.

In 2017, both clubs exited the competition at the third round stage.

Crusaders lost at Gloucestershire All Golds and West Wales were on the wrong end of a 4-18 scoreline aganinst Oxford. The All Golds and Oxford are both now defunct.
